$49 Enroll

Full course description

Gratitude is a powerful practice for educators—one that leads to reductions in burnout, increased well-being, and improvements in relationships. Gratitude can also help students by fostering well-being, positive relationships, and success in school. This community of practice will support your own gratitude practice and help you to build a culture of gratitude in your school and/or classroom.

Why Join?

  • Harness the transformative power of gratitude for yourself and others.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues, students, and families.
  • Connect with others to practice strategies for integrating gratitude into your daily routine.

What’s Included:

  • Three 90-minute facilitated sessions with the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley
  • A deep dive into the science of gratitude with a group of like-minded educators from around the world
  • Resources and takeaways to apply directly in your school and/or classroom

When to Attend:

Each week we will offer three opportunities to engage in a community of practice—please join one session each week on the day/time that works best for you:

  • Tuesdays: Nov 4, 11, 18 (3:30 - 5:00 pm PT)
  • Wednesdays: Nov 5, 12, 19 (2:00 - 3:30 pm PT)
  • Thursdays: Nov 6, 13, 20 (9:00 - 10:30 am PT)
